How I went from moody, melancholy and mentally muddled to confident, grounded, lean and super healthy.

Hi, I’m Lena, a skin specialist, children’s yoga teacher and Functional Lifestyle Coach. Before starting my coaching journey 4 years ago, I felt like you. I know what it is like to feel tired but wired, overwhelmed with physical pain, out of shape and disconnected.

In my thirties, I was a stress case, suffering from adrenal fatigue, IBS symptoms, brain fog, and stiff and sore joints. I knew I wanted to help my body and change my life. When I went to my doctor, she offered me counselling on a 9-month waiting list. Feeling like I needed help as soon as possible, I sought advice from a naturopath, who suggested supplements and the idea that I work with a Life Coach. Through working with a Functional Lifestyle Coach, I discovered that my cortisol levels were insanely high and that my diet and relationship with myself were greatly contributing to this; something my traditional doctor didn’t know how to treat.

Within a month, my digestive issues had smoothed out, my brain fog
was gone, and my energy and weight were steady.

I ate differently, exercised less but more wisely, and began to feel more emotionally grounded and confident. Through the coaching process, I was learning a new way of relating to myself and my emotions. I knew I was onto something special! Fast forward four years later, I’ve completed what’s equivalent to a Masters in Functional Lifestyle Coaching, and I’m equipped with a powerful skillset that I want to use to support you.

My mission is to help you balance your digestive and emotional issues naturally, so you can feel fully connected to yourself and the life you truly want to live. When you’re supported and at peak health, you
perform at your best.

Knowledge is important, but it’s the sustained support over time that helps you become fully self-actualised.
